Hindi Diwas / Jour de Hindi

14th September is celebrated as Hindi Diwas in India.
Hindi Day because the Constituent Assembly of India had adopted Hindi written in Devnagari script as the Official Language of the Union on 14th September 1949.

History of Hindi Language
The history connected with Hindi belongs in order to Indo-Aryan branch connected with Indo-European language family. The Persian and the Mughals added his or her flavour to the actual Hindi language. After independence, the Indian Government started standardizing Hindi along with rules of standardization connected with grammar and orthography, while using Devanagari script to create about uniformity in writing, improve some characters and create diacritics to show sounds.
